The Black Affinity Conference is an annual event dedicated to strengthening the leadership and legacy between Black alumni and current students, and providing networking and professional development opportunities for participants. The conference is also a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and the achievements of individuals within the Babson community.
As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the conference, we enhance our leadership and legacy through this year’s theme:
Owning Your Experience: 360
We reflect on the unique perspectives, opportunities and challenges we face academically, socially and economically. In order to show up as our authentic selves, we must critically engage in identifying what keeps us from advancing in all areas of our lives as we look towards the next 20 years sharpening the tools, mindsets and connections that equip us for sustained excellence.
