About the Conference
The Babson Black Affinity Conference was created 20 years ago by students, as an opportunity for current students, alumni, faculty, and staff of the Babson Community to engage in meaningful networking and professional development, while celebrating the importance of diversity and inclusion at Babson.
The Black Affinity Achievement Award
The event includes the presentation of the Black Affinity Achievement Award, established in 2004 to recognize an alumnus/alumna and community member who distinguishes themselves in their given field and supports the Babson community to strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
